By accessing and using MOGOFF, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the service. MOGOFF is a gamified AI platform intended for entertainment purposes only.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 16 years of age to use MOGOFF. By using the service, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement.
3. AI scoring & Disclaimer
MOGOFF uses Artificial Intelligence to generate "attractiveness scores." These scores are subjective, algorithmic interpretations based on mathematical features and do not reflect objective truth or human value.
We assume no liability for any psychological or social consequences resulting from the AI scores. The service is provided "as is" for fun and competition.
4. User Content & Photos
When you upload a photo for a "Mogging Battle," you represent that:
- You own the rights to the photo or have permission to use it.
- The content is not pornographic, violent, hateful, or illegal.
- The photo contains only your face or the face of someone who has consented.
MOGOFF does not store raw photos permanently. They are processed and deleted after analysis.
5. Prohibited Activities
Users are prohibited from:
- Using the service to bully, harass, or demean others.
- Attempting to manipulate the AI scoring system through fraudulent means.
- Scraping data or reverse-engineering the platform's algorithms.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Maximilian Huang (MOGOFF) shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
7. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
